Accommodation

First class workmanship in selected mahogany, handrubbed and treated to a silk smooth finish. The floor is teak with light inlays, varnished and with blue carpet (New 2019). The ceiling is lined with panels. Wooden inner frames for skylights. Cream curtains on all windows, blue upholstery throughout. OceanAir screens to 4 hathces. Removable stainless steel bars to all hatches. Lee cloths x2, spring mattress in aft cabin. Hella 24v turbo fan x6 throughout the boat. A safe is fitted for ship's documents and valuables.

MAIN SALOON:
To port is an L-shaped settee wit louvred door lockers behind. Stowage behind settee backrests. Two arm chairs on starboard side which are hinged to allow access to stowage beneath and lockers behind. Unit with drawers between chairs incorporating a cocktail cabinet with bookshelf above. Pioneer stereo radio/CD player with CD changer, stereo speakers in saloon and in cockpit. Dropleaf table with bottle stowage in centre section. Two folding director style chairs. Headroom 1.97.

GALLEY:
Seagoing galley with stainless steel double sinks. Covers for sinks. An insulated fridge with sea water cooled 24v electric compressor. Deep freeze in separate box, top loading, behind navigator's seat. Pressurised hot and cold water, foot pump, also for fresh water as reserve. Drawers, separate lockers for china and glass, plus stowage for pots and pans etc. Openable porthole. Gimballed Force 10 gas cooker with three burners. Electrolux EMM 1260 microwave oven 230v.

NAVIGATION AREA:
Chart table, 108 x 73 cm with drawers, lockers etc. Curved navigators seat. Aft of this, freezer compartment and oilskin hanging locker. The electric switch panel with circuit breakers and LED indication circuits in use, is situated directly aft of the navigation table and is protected by Perspex doors.

FORWARD HEADS COMPARTMENT:
To starboard, heads in white laminate. Separate shower with curtain, PAR pump seatoilet. Stainless steel holding tank which can be emptied by gravity or deck pump out. China wash-basin with hot and cold pressurised water, worktop and cupboard. The floor is formed GRP shower stall drained in a tube through a filter and then pumped directly overboard. Opening window in shower. Mirror with light.

FORWARD CABINS:
Double cabin on port side with bunk berths and a traditional forward V-cabin with two berths. A separate walk through on the starboard side. In-fill between forward berths.

AFT CABIN:
Centre berth with sprung mattresses. Hanging locker in the walkthrough. Lockers and shelves under the side decks. Stowage under the berths. Headroom 1.92m. Four windows, three of them opening. Door to main cabin, headroom in the walkthrough 1.91m.

AFT HEADS COMPARTMENT:
