Hallberg-Rassy 31 £85,000 (TAX Paid)

Designed by Germán Frers, the Hallberg-Rassy 31 has excellent sailing characteristics. The boat is well balanced, and gently moves through the water, pointing and going to weather like no other 31 foot performance cruiser of her time age. She is easily sailed single handed, as all lines are led aft to the cockpit.

The interior is extremely well laid out for her size. A full sized, forward facing navigation table, a spacious galley, saloon, large head and shower compartment, and two private staterooms give you the volume and space that you would normally find on a much larger boat.

ESMERADLA comes equipped with a brand new engine and sail drive covered by manufacturers warranty.

Early viewing essential.

Owner's Comments

Esmeralda has been lovingly maintained and lightly used.

She is a joy in summer breezes and very comfortable even out of season on cold wet, windy nights.

Like all 31s, she is easy to sail and equally well suited to a young family or retired couple, both on inland and offshore waters.

She is a 'must see' for any prospective purchaser looking for one of the most popular Hallberg-Rassys ever built.
