Accommodation
Fitted out in the traditional Hallberg-Rassy style. All woodwork in mahogany treated with a smooth silk varnish. Accommodation in the main saloon gives full standing headroom. Carpets fitted throughout, easily removable. Blue upholstery throughout. Curtains to all skylights and portlights. Mahogany slatting over the GRP hull throughout boat. Locker doors are louvered and all the bunk tops have drilled holes to keep a constant flow of air through the boat. This minimises condensation usually associated with boats.
FORWARD CABIN:
Large double berth surrounded by lockers with louvered doors. To port there are large lockers above and below. To starboard a hanging locker with light. Two brass reading lights are fitted above the berths. Below the berth there is a stainless steel water tank and ample stowage sails, etc. Opening sky light situated above berth and portlights to each side.
SALOON:
To port is the seating area with cushions and storage below. The berth can be used as a large single with lee cloth. Saloon table. Bench seating on starboard for two people. The seat can be lifted to reveal a 12v Frigomatic refrigeration cooling unit with a Danfoss compressor. Hanging locker. JVC stereo radio/CD player with two speakers. Two brass reading lights. Main deckhead electric light. Opening skylight with four portlights.
GALLEY:
To the starboard side of boat with plenty of work space. Double stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressurised water. Separate cold water supply from foot pump. Storage above and below work surface including drawers for utensils. Gimballed two burner lpg cooker with oven.
CHART TABLE:
To starboard, behind the galley. Lifting chart table with storage beneath, drawers to side for navigation equipment, etc. Electric switch panel with voltmeter and gauges for water and fuel. Ideal storage below navigator's seat for small tools as well as a further cupboard for small items. Light over chart table.
AFT CABIN:
Hanging locker with light and full length deep shelf. Two brass electric reading lights. Large double berth with storage below. Batteries stowed under berth. 3 x 12v batteries and fuel tank. Access to aft end of engine, gear box and stern tube fittings. Fire extinguisher.
HEADS COMPARTMENT:
To port aft of saloon. All decor in white. Ceramic wash basin and mirror. Storage above and below basin. Pump action Par sea toilet, with holding tank. Shower stall with teak grating, 12v shower waste pump. Shower curtain. Hot and cold pressurised water, 2 x opening portlights.
Mechanical Systems
Beta Marine 30HP 3 cylinder marine diesel engine, fresh water cooled. 2016
55A alternator. Stainless steel propeller shaft. 3 bladed fixed propeller.
230v shore power system with four sockets, immersion heater and Logic 230v/12v/25A battery charger. 12v socket in saloon.
3 x 12v batteries, one of which is dedicated to engine start. All batteries replaced in 2010, International navigation lights.
Webasto Airtop diesel fired cabin heater, thermostatically controlled, supplying warm air throughout the boat.

Deck Equipment:
Teak deck and caprail. Stemhead fitting with large bow roller housing a 45lb Bruce anchor with 40m chain . Lofrans electric windlass. Kedge anchor with chain and 40m warp. Bow, stern and midship cleats. Mooring lines and fenders. Boat hook. Ajustable cars on genoa tracks. Stainless steel guardwires, pulpit, pushpit and stanchions. 2 x dorade ventilators with storm caps. Cockpit with fixed windscreen in tempered glass and opening centre section. Sprayhood . Self draining scuppers and manual bilge pump located to starboard of cockpit. Solimar wheel steering with Suunto steering compass with light. Wheel covered in elkhide. Canvas protective cover for whole steering pedestal. Cockpit table attaches to pedestal and stored in cockpit locker. 3 x harness securing eyes. 2 x Lewmar 43CST sheet winches and 2 x Lewmar 16 halyard winches. Lazarette offers voluminous storage as well as access to the rod steering gear. A separate gas locker with space for two bottles is situated to port. Large cockpit locker to starboard. Windex.
