Overview

BALTIC DAWN is a excellent example of the successful Hallberg-Rassy 312 design.
She is offered for sale by her original owners who have cherished her as their family cruising boat cruising along Englands South Coast, Northern France and Brittany.

As with all Hallberg-Rassy's, BALTIC DAWN was built to Lloyds specification and comes with a Certificate of Hull Construction. GRP sandwich construction with PVC core in the deck mould, solid laminates stiffened with frames and stringers in the hull. Hull and deck joined by overlapping laminate and capped with a substantial teak caprail. Ballast encapsulated iron keel.

This Hallberg-Rassy 312 has been reengined with a Volvo-Penta D1-30 in 2020 and has less than 200 hours on the clock. In 2019 she was upgraded with a 4th generation Selden Furlex and the standing rigging and bottle screws were also replaced at this time.
A new Performance Cruise PREMIUM Mainsail was supplied to her from Kemp Sails in Aug 2022 with upgraded tapered battens and her domestic batteries were renewed in July 2021 also.
Below the water line the rudder was dropped in 2022 and a comprehensive overhaul of the bearings, seals, cables etc was carried out here at Hamble Point Marina.
Currently Baltic Dawn is waiting for a teak deck renovation that will transform the yacht into quite the spectacle and prolong the life of the decks for many many years.

Baltic Dawn is a UK VAT paid yacht.
