Accommodation
Mahogany wood work finished in a silk hand-rubbed varnish.
Curtains to all sky lights and portlights and blue removable carpet throughout. Blue cord upholstery. All lockers doors louvred and all bunk tops drilled ensuring a constant flow of air through the boat and minimising the effects of condensation. Chrome fittings throughout.
FORECABIN: Double V-shaped berth with infill cushion. Shelving and lockers above berths and stowage beneath. Vanity unit and locker to starboard. Opening skylight and reading lamps.
HEADS to port with marine WC and teak grated shower stall. Porcelain wash hand basin with shower attachment and mirror over. Electric shower waste pump. Lockers underneath basin and behind heads. Stainless steel holding tank. Portlight and opening skylight. Hanging locker outside and opposite heads compartment.
SALOON: L-shaped sofaberth to port and straight berth to starboard. Lifting backrests provide a wider berth when in use and excellent stowage for bedding etc when not. Lockers and shelving above berths. Centreline dropleaf table with opening centre section for bottle stowage. Opening skylight and portlights. Goodmans stereo radio cassette with speakers in main saloon.
GALLEY to starboard with double stainless steel sink. Ice box with Frigomatic refrigerator. Optimus 2- burner hob with oven & grill on gimballs. Stowage above and below work surfaces and drawers for cutlery etc. Work surfaces in white. Marine grade regulator for gas and armoured house inside yacht, last Gas inspection 2018.
CHART TABLE to port with lift up chart table top and drawers under. Instrument consul and switch panel for circuit breakers etc. Navigators seat with stowage beneath. Hanging locker and small storage locker behind seat and access to engine compartment in walkway through to:
AFT CABIN. Single berth to port and wider berth to starboard (10cm wider than normal). Stowage beneath for batteries, steering cables and emergency tiller. Lockers and shelving above berths and in the form of a hanging locker. Reading lamps, opening portlights and opening skylight.
Mechanical Systems
Volvo Penta MD22 4-Cylinder Diesel engine, output 57 HP, on flexible rubber mountings with water-cooled rubber exhaust pipe and silencer. The engine is freshwater cooled.

Two stainless steel fuel tanks, total capacity 335 litres.
For guidance the approx. fuel consumption when cruising is 4 litres/hour (approx. 520 nautical miles).

Water pressure system gives free flow of water to heads and galley.
Hot water tank (insulated) with 230v immersion heater.
Heating Webasto diesel cabin heater with silencers in engine room, thermostatically controlled. Air outlets in forward cabin, toilet compartment, saloon and aft cabin.
The engine room is soundproofed.
ELECTRICITY: One battery, 12v, for engine circuit, New 2024, situated under portside berth in aft cabin.
Two further 12v batteries, for general domestics located under the starboard berth in the aft cabin. Charging of batteries is via a 60A alternator and a blocking diode.
Located behind the chart table in the walkthrough is the instrument panel with circuit breakers.
There is a voltmeter and gauges for the diesel and water tanks.
12v sockets at the chart table and in the cockpit.
Full 230v shore power system with RCD and distribution box to ring main with 4 sockets and water heater. Battery charger/inverter.
