Demand is very high for boats up to 45 feet , possibly fuelled by the prospect of staycations in 2021. Larger boats for the ultimate escape or adventure are also in demand as customers re-evaluate their priorities and life plans. This has helped to stabilise prices for good examples and the iit remains a very good time to bring a Hallberg-Rassy or similar yacht to the market.
Brexit has delivered an unexpected complication for UK boat owners wishing to sell, who keep their pride and joys inside the EU and many have chosen to return to the UK before the end of the year and take advantage of the strong brokerage markets here.
