Accommodation

Traditional Hallberg-Rassy fit out in European Oak with finish in satin varnish. Teak sole boards with holly inlay under blue carpets. Alcantara fabric in Saloon and De-luxe light blue upholstery elsewhere with light coloured pleated blinds to all portlights and Ocean-Air sky screens to all ceiling hatches. All berth mattresses up-graded to Sprung Mattresses with mattress toppers also. LED dimmable lighting package throughout. 

Excellent ventilation with dorade vents in the coach roof and Eight white 24v fans inside. All windows in the superstructure are opening as well as 5 large opening deck hatches. The hull is insulated with Divinycell foam and the inside of the moulded hull is lined with mahogany slats providing an air barrier between soft furnishings and the GRP.

FORWARD CABIN

Traditional V Berth with infill to make this a versatile twin/double cabin, considerable stowage beneath suitable for sails, awnings and other bulky items. Stowage above in lined lockers for personal effects and large hanging locker. Reading lights to berths and large hatch to foredeck. Oceanair skyscreen to opening deckhatch with blackout upgrade.

STARBOARD CABIN

Two bunk cabin with stowage beneath the lower bunk. Two lee-cloths. Stowage in outboard lockers, vanity unit and hanging locker. Reading lights to both berths, opening portlight in side of coach roof and opening deck hatch above with Oceanair skyscreen, with black out upgrade

SALOON

The saloon comprises a large L shaped settee berth to starboard with rounded corner. One lee-cloth. To port there are two easy chairs and Centreline sofa also. 40" retractable TV outboard. Fusion Stereo player with hidden speakers, additional speakers and Amp. The saloon table is a large folding leaf table to starboard of centre with bottle stowage. Stowage behind seating and lockers above. Excellent lighting options in the saloon with fixed lights in the deck head. Additional lamps on main bulkhead. Oceanair skyscreen to opening deck hatch. Wempe clock, barometer and comfortmeter on main bulkhead.

CHART TABLE

The chart table is positioned to starbard at the foot of the companionway steps and comfortably accommodates a half folded Admiralty chart. There are 5 drawers and an instrument shelf plus extensive book shelf space behind navigator seat and in the walkthrough. 12v/24v distribution panel with tank and battery monitoring and charge control systems ready to hand. Top opening freezer located aft of navigators seat, Isotherm 'Keel Cooled' versions.

GALLEY

The linear galley is position to Port  at the bottom of the companionway steps. Worktop in plexicore with strong mahogany fiddle rails.  An all stainless steel GN Espace Induction cooker with a 3 burner hob. Deep stainless steel double sinks, top opening fridge, top opening deep freezer and additional front opening fridge. Isotherm Keel cooled versions.  Quooker Fusion round Pro3 VAQ. Micro wave oven with stainless front, 230V. Fresh water hand pump. Ample ready to use stowage in lockers and shelves above and below the work surfaces. Additional port light over galley.

ENGINE SPACE

Accessed via double doors inboard of walkthrough, the engine space is well sound insulated with composite density material protected by perforated aluminium sheet. The engine space houses the generator and has its own sump to prevent contaminated spillage to the main bilge

AFT CABIN

The aft cabin is the master suit on the Hallberg-Rassy 48 in this case there is a large centre berth with seating to starboard and dressing table to port. Two lee-cloths. There is extensive stowage in the aft cabin including a vanity unit plus ample lockers and shelves. Mini-safe. Oceanair skyscreen to opening deck hatch. Black out curtains and blinds.

AFT HEADS & SHOWER
